General Instructions for Games and Exercises
Printable downloads are designed to be used with a listening coach (parent, therapist, etc.). Children can play games with sibling participation or one on one. Specifically designed in game form, these exercises should be kept fun and engaging. It is important to avoid putting too much emphasis on accelerating through levels as listening games and exercises are most beneficial when presented at a level in which the child can succeed. You can gently increase the difficulty as warranted.
App games are designed to be motivating and challenging, yet fun and engaging. Children can play apps alone, or with a coach (parent/therapist). App games are designed to grow with your child. It is thus important not to let anyone else play the games or to help your children with the tasks. This may cause the games to advance to levels that your child is not yet ready to play.
